The Betty Brigade Privacy Statement

At The Betty Brigade, we believe that you should have control over who receives your personal information, whether it concerns where you live, what your interests are, or how you choose to conduct transactions.

Therefore, we do not disclose, share, sell, or trade information about your individual visits to this website or the information that you may give us such as your name, address, e-mail address or telephone number (“Confidential Information”). We will release personal information about you, if necessary, in order to comply with valid legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena or court order.

In no event shall The Betty Brigade be deemed, by virtue of the terms of this agreement or by any disclosure from or discussion with the disclosing party, to have acquired any right or interest in or to such Confidential Information. The Betty Brigade shall give Confidential Information only to those individuals who must be directly involved in evaluating the Confidential Information and use the same degree of care that it uses for its own information of like importance, but at a minimum due care, in safeguarding against disclosure of the other party’s Confidential Information. To the extent that a representative of The Betty Brigade or website user transmits information, The Betty Brigade’s due care shall include: (a) firewalls to protect internal systems; (b) restrictions on the use and storage of electronic transmissions; (c) encryption or other security devices.

No reproductions, copies, or extracts of any Confidential Information shall be made without the disclosing party’s express written consent, and the receiving party shall refrain from using any such Confidential Information as long as it remains Confidential Information.

Confidential Information shall not include information that is: (a) now available or becomes available to the public without breach of this agreement; (b) released in writing by the disclosing party, or (c) obtained from a third party or parties having no obligation of confidentiality with respect to such information.

This agreement shall continue in full force and effect for a period of two years from its effective date. The confidentiality obligations imposed under this agreement shall expire three years from the date of receipt of each item of Confidential Information. The validity, interpretation, and enforcement of this agreement are governed by the law of the State of Michigan.

The Betty Brigade can not guarantee that information transmitted through any electronic mail (email) will be secure, since email sent over the Internet is not secure. For any sensitive information, please call us instead of emailing. This site is hosted by Inner Circle Media. Inner Circle Media employs several security measures in addition to those listed herein. Please contact The Betty Brigade or Inner Circle Media for further information.

This agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding on The Betty Brigade and any website user.
